Use the criteria below as you describe the business or entrepreneurial project that you developed during grammar school or high school. This may be a community, home, school or workplace business or project. The business or project must be ongoing or have occurred in the past. BUSINESS PLANS FOR FUTURE BUSINESS OR ENTREPRENEURIAL PROJECTS ARE INELIGIBLE AND WILL BE RETURNED.

Note: Businesses owned by two or more scholarship applicants have two choices: (1) The applicants may submit one joint entry and any award would be split evenly among the applicants involved; or (2) only one applicant submits an entry for the business or project.
 
  1. Please explain what goals you set and if you achieved them in a tangible time frame.

Please describe the specific quantifiable results obtained by this business or project (i.e., generated $5,000 in revenue, enrolled 15 children, raised 25 sheep, trained 20 dogs, added 7 new customers each year, sold 200 cookbooks this year vs. 100 last year, created a Sunday children’s reading hour, etc.)
